Zeitgeist Berliner Weisse Clear, pale golden straw-coloured appearance. The taste is refreshing, tart and acidic, with a lemony-citric fruit sharpness and almost no hop bitterness. Add one of PB's housemade fruit syrups for the best "fruit" beer around. 3.5% Abv.

C.R.E.A.M. Ale Smooth and CREAM-y! PB's Cream Ale is light in color and body using Pilsner Malts and Flaked Maize. Palisade Hops give a slight hop character. Enjoy one or two or three of this sessionable brew. 5% Abv.

Hop Common Unfiltered with amber hues and a medium body. Mt. Hood Hops give citrus and fresh pine on the nose. Finishes dry with slight bitterness. A great beer to accompany our PB Burger. 5.7% Abv.

Old Wagon
Think back to the days of yore whilst sipping on this British Old Ale using British Caramalt and Pale Crystal Malts and East Kent Golding Hops. Dark amber hued with caramel and toffee aroma. Old Wagon is deceptively strong yet smooth. Named for a PB veteran bartender who claimed he was going on the "Wagon". 8.2% Abv.

Vanilla Bourbon Stout
It's all in the name! Pours black with a chocolate head. Wafts of bourbon soaked- vanilla beans on the nose. PBVB as it is affectionaely called by staff, drinks silky smooth with a dark chocolate bitter finish. Roasty and sweet, this Imperial American Stout pairs well with dessert or is a beautiful stand alone sipping beer. 8.5% Abv.

Shotgun Willie IPA
Our tribute to Willie...an aroma of cantaloupe and gooseberry come directly from New Zealand's Nelson Sauvin Hops. Rye and wheat contribute to a distinct dry, grain flavor.
Pouring pale straw in color with full hop character- this is unlike any IPA you've had before. 7.2 % Abv.

Tropic Thunder The Galaxy Hops we used in this pale are a new "it" hop, which hail from Australia. Tropic Thunder exudes tropical fruit on the nose as well as pine and leafy characters. British Pale Crystals give a caramel backbone creating a delightful well balanced "international" pale ale that will pair nicely with our Curry Mussels or Artisanal Cheeses. 5.5% Abv.
