SIMPLE SOUR (AS FEATURED IN THE NEW YORK TIMES) 4.5% Brewed with wheat, corn and brettanomyces. This Sour is quick, dry and refreshing.
C.R.E.A.M. Ale 4.8% Smooth and creamy, our CREAM Ale is light in color and body using pilsner malt and flaked maize while Palisade hops give a slight hop character. Enjoy one or two or three easily session able house beers.
A gypsy lager, brewed with brettanomyces and Styrian Golding Hops. Rustic and dry with gentle fruit flavors.
HOP COMMON 5.2%
Unfiltered with amber hues and a medium body. Segal Ranch Nugget and Cascade Hops give citrus and fresh pine on the nose. Finishes dry with slight bitterness.
NYPA (SILVER MEDAL WINNER-AMERICAN PALE ALE GABF 2014) 4.9%
An assertively hopped pale ale with bright flavors from Citra and Mosaic hops along with Honey Malts.
EASTERN STANDARD 6.8%
Another true classic, our IPA holds nothing back. It’s loaded with Simcoe and Citra hops, grown for us at Carpenter Ranches in Granger, WA.
SHOTGUN WILLIE 7.2%
Our tribute to Willie….Aromas of cantaloupe and gooseberry come directly from New Zealand’s Nelson Sauvin Hops. Rye and wheat contribute to a distinct dry grain flavor. Pouring pale straw in color with full hop character, this is unlike any IPA you’ve had before.
MOSCOW ON THE HUDSON 8.7% Atlantic Porter brewed with Polish hops and French malt. Export strength!
HIGHER STANDARD 9.4% Our imperial IPA is Eastern Standard’s big sister. Packed to the brim with Simcoe and Citra hops. Higher Standard was recognized as New York State’s best beer in 2013.
VAPORIZER 11.5% An Imperial Stout that was double-mashed and boiled overnight. This huge, thick beer is a collaboration with our friend Bob Barrar of Iron Hill. It’s heavily dry-hopped with Nugget and Mosaic Hops.
